Introduction
This Agreement is between Go1 Ride-Sharing (“Go1”, “we”, “us”) and the user (“You”, “your”) of our ride-sharing services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Usage of Services
1.1. You must register an account to use our Services, providing accurate and current information. 1.2. Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license if participating as a driver.
2. Vehicle Use and Conditions
2.1. Vehicles used for ride-sharing must be in good operating condition, meet the safety standards set by Go1, and comply with local vehicle regulations. 2.2. Drivers must ensure that vehicles are clean, have a valid insurance policy, and are free from any illegal substances or dangerous goods.
3. Liabilities and Insurance
3.1. Go1 provides a basic insurance coverage for each ride; however, drivers are encouraged to maintain personal insurance coverage. 3.2. Go1 is not liable for loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of the Service, except as provided under applicable law.
4. User Conduct
4.1. Users must not engage in any unlawful, unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior. 4.2. Discrimination of any kind is strictly prohibited.
5. Payment and Fees
5.1. Riders will pay for services through the Go1 application. Rates are determined based on the distance and other factors such as time of the day. 5.2. Drivers receive payment for rides completed minus a service fee retained by Go1.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1. Cancellations must be made within a reasonable time. Fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows. 6.2. Refunds are processed in accordance with Go1’s refund policy.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. Any disputes arising under these Terms will first be attempted to resolve through direct negotiation. 7.2. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as agreed upon by the parties.
8. Amendments
Go1 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes agreement to the new Terms.
9. Termination
Go1 may terminate your access to the Services for violations of these Terms, illegal or improper use of the vehicle, or conduct harmful to other users or to Go1.
